We are jointly-owned by Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah), which has a 70 per cent shareholding, and ACR Capital Holdings Pte Ltd (ACR Capital Holdings), which holds a 30 per cent share. Our shareholders are reputable institutions who are committed to the long-term sustainability of ACRM.

As a joint venture company of Khazanah and ACR Capital Holdings, we are well-placed to bring the complementary strengths of our shareholders to our clients in Malaysia. By drawing on the financial strength and stability of Malaysia’s state investment arm, its strong Asian network and unrivalled access to the local market as well as leveraging the vast management experience and technical underwriting expertise of ACR Capital Holdings, we can offer our clients a professional and competitive service in an exciting and growing market.

About Khazanah

Khazanah is the investment holding arm of the Government of Malaysia and is empowered as the Government’s strategic investor in new sectors and markets, It is a driving force in shaping and nurturing selected strategic industries in Malaysia with the main objective of promoting economic growth.

• Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Malaysia’s leading telecommunications provider; and

• Tenaga Nasional Berhad, the largest electricity utility company in Malaysia.
